- FastTrack bookings cannot be cancelled.
Specific Conditions for FastTrack Use (No-Show)
- For Services on Departure : The customer must show up at the time and meeting point agreed-upon in advance and confirmed by email. Your FastTrack agent will arrive at the agreed-upon meeting point 10 minutes prior to the agreed-upon meeting time. FastTrack Agadir will consider the customer to be a no-show should the customer be delayed by more than 15 minutes after the agreed-upon meeting time, and the service will be neither assured or refunded.
- For Services on Arrival : In accordance with operational requirements, the place and time of the meeting point with your FastTrack agent will be determined. Should a customer cancel or change his/her flight, the customer will be considered by FastTrack Agadir to be a "no-show" and the service will not be either assured or refunded.
