The terms and conditions set out below apply to FastTrack bookings made on this website. Please read through these carefully.

  • 1.1 Travel Design, incorporated in Morocco, owns this website.
  • 1.2 Bookings can only be made by persons over the age of 18 years.
  • 1.3 Your contract with Travel Design is for passage through the FastTrack Lane at Agadir Airport. Your contract date is the date and time your booking was confirmed as stated on the booking confirmation page: this date and time is also confirmed in the booking confirmation email sent to the email address provided and confirmed by you on the FastTrack Agadir website during the online booking process.
  • 1.4 Bookings must be made no later than two days before arrival at Agadir Airport. Note that FastTrack bookings are subject to availability. At its discretion, Agadir Airport reserves the right to withdraw availability for any given date.
  • 1.5 As per the online booking process, the price you are required to pay is the price accepted and confirmed. All prices quoted are in Euros and include Value Added Tax and any other applicable taxes. Your booking is valid for one single passage through the FastTrack lane for the date of your booking.
  • 1.6 You may not transfer or resell any booking (either in-part or in-whole).
  • 1.7 Payments should be made using Credit Card or PayPal, and should be made online and in advance. Should your card be declined for any reason, such as if you are under the age of 18 years, the payment card has been used fraudulently, or the payment card has been used without the cardholder’s permission, we reserve the right to refuse your booking. Please note that your personal data will be disclosed to the relevant card issuer for processing and confirmation of your payment. Other than the financial institution for your chosen payment method, your data will not be disclosed to any other third parties.
  • 1.8 Once you have entered the date of travel and your booking has been completed, you will receive a written booking confirmation by email to the address supplied by you. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have provided a valid email address.
  • FastTrack bookings cannot be cancelled.

Specific Conditions for FastTrack Use (No-Show)

  • For Services on Departure : The customer must show up at the time and meeting point agreed-upon in advance and confirmed by email. Your FastTrack agent will arrive at the agreed-upon meeting     point 10 minutes prior to the agreed-upon meeting time. FastTrack Agadir will   consider the customer to be a no-show should the customer be delayed by more than 15 minutes after the agreed-upon meeting time, and the service will be neither assured or refunded.
  • For Services on Arrival : In accordance with operational requirements, the place and time of the meeting point with your FastTrack agent will be determined. Should a customer cancel or change his/her flight, the customer will be considered by FastTrack Agadir to be a "no-show" and the service will not be either assured or refunded.
  • 1.9 Without prejudice to the generality of the above, the use of our FastTrack lane is subject to the following strict conditions:
    • I. We do not guarantee a minimum or maximum length of queue time nor do we guarantee availability of the FastTrack lane. Nor do we guarantee that FastTrack queue time will be less than standard lanes. Travellers should note that everyone is subject to security regulations and procedures, so we strongly suggest that all travellers allow sufficient time for security and standard X-ray screening.
    • II. We take no responsibility whatsoever for any passenger who might miss their flight        due to not allowing sufficient time to pass through check-in and security processes.
    • III. Please note that entry to the Departure Lounge is not guaranteed when using the FastTrack Lane. All security regulations, rules, and procedures still apply to their full     extent, and such access will be strictly governed in accordance.
    • IV. The agents and servants of FastTrack Agadir are not liable for any damage or loss          suffered by you as result of a missed flight, regardless of the reason.
  • 1.10 Agents and servants of FastTrack Agadir reserve the right to refuse access to the FastTrack Lane.
  • 1.11 If for any reason, FastTrack Agadir is prevented from using the FastTrack Lane, it reserves the right to cancel the contract and provide a full refund. As much notice as possible will be provided by FastTrack Agadir.
  • 1.12 It should be noted that, under the contract, FastTrack Agadir is only supplying the FastTrack Lane, and as such will not be liable for any compensation, costs, or other expenses relating to flights or other services arranged by you. It is your responsibility to allow sufficient time for vehicle parking, terminal transfer, airport procedures (including but not limited to checking in and security), and any related flight/travel arrangements.
  • 1.13 At all times FastTrack Agadir attempts to provide our valued customers with excellent service, however, please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any complaints.
  • 1.14 FastTrack Agadir reserves the right to amend specifications of the services or products presented on this site, without notice, and reserves the right to discontinue any service or product.
  • 1.15 The contract between us is governed by the laws of Morocco and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Marrakech.
